not so lucky

my dear was so excited to get a new E65 today. and so we went in search of a good deal@ parkway. best deal. singtel. and so we asked specifically for the red one. out of stock..... fine . and so we asked the next shop. and the next . and the next. and they were all out of stock. okay so in frustration, we called Ms Tracy Mak ,the miss-know-all-about-nokia ( works as a nokia field rep), and she says 'red one havent come out what!'
wah lau eh. and so we started to retrace and ask for the mocha one. and they say it is out of stock. arrggghhh. then why advertise right. bleah.
anyway we found one at the Nokia store and guess what someone beat us to it by like 5 seconds. okay . so we crossed over to those neighbourhood shops. they had one piece left. and guess what. another guy beat us to it again.
tough luck.

guess we have to go shopping around again.

cool weekend

had one of those packed with activites weekend.
not that we had anything planned before hand.
fri,had maj with marc lim and frenz. new kakis, new experience.
first time i played until 10 tai which made the whole game much more exciting.
but nevertheless it was fun. esp when you dun lose to aunties.
went to heeren on sat to get something from kiehl. and as usual the mud mask is like totally out of stock.it always runs out country wide. and each time it runs out, i keep telling myself to stock it up. but i never do. and see what happens again. and again. since i just had to urge to buy something we came up with a most ridiculous shopping plan. buy a new mahjong table and casino chips. haha. i tawt it was fun. had the excuse to play maj at night again while the boys watched man u and boro.
also to reward myself (ironically for not shopping), i bought a pair of aldo shoes. just for the sake of buying shoes.hee. and of course when you have decided on that particular pair after trying on like several designs, they tell you they have run out of size. how coincidental?!!
anyway they 'unreserved' one pair at suntec. which we beat the crowd to collect today. it was total madness trying to wriggle through the IT show crowd.

movie review II

review : watch only for pornographic, super gory and hilarious ( as in comedic, not laughable scenes).
300 men in speedos and capes running around and constantly screaming war crys, irritating the shit of you
absolutely no plot. highly disappointing.bloody waste of time.

ratings : 3 ( 1 for the nachos. 1 for the good seats. 1 just coz i watched it with my dearest)

the reason why i prefer dogs

my utmost fear

its been a news worthy week. of which i would not put in details.
but it seems the festive season has come to end. and so have many
long lasted relationships. the pp you thought would get married.
and the pp who should be expecting kids soon .
it frightens me to the core. knowing that when love ends, its not in yourhands anymore. so what do you do. beg for a second chance ? let go and start anew? hang on and wallow in self pity? curse at your own misfortune?

i know wat pp think of us. that we are prob match made in heavem
but it scares me even more knowing that i have to leave up to it.
we have our problems but im sure we would die for each other. we have the time of our lives, just the 2 of us. we could live in the world with just the 2 of us.we share common interests all year long.
but when the time comes do we have to live to expectations.
we speak of it so often and we are so sure of the love we have for each other.

after all the failed relationships i have heard and seen.
it scares me.
but is love everlasting? will love surpass all else?
i certainly hope so.
coz i will be so lost without us.

just watched Kungfu Maj 3. bought it from some dvd peddler last night.
i am not exactly a movie buff. and definitely not a chinese movie one.
but anyway sat through this show just because i love maj.



crappy and lame.
and now i feel mahjongish.
i think i am an addict.

oh yah. on a diff note, i felt tremors for the first time today. missed the one in 2000 when dar literally ran down 23 stories from his apartment. today i tawt not again. damn. i missed the first one coz i got stuck in a jam amidst all the commotion spilling over to the roads in cecil st. so imagine my excitement when we felt those again at 1.50pm. it kinda sends a tingling feeling down your spine and by the time you get all excited. its over. bummer. how come my documents din spill over the table and my coffee topple over. not as thrilling as the news reported. heard someone even fainted. and apparently someone even reported that dar's office building is tilting. ha.
but pp have died somewhere in sumatra and i hope their families and frenz are doing okay. we will never understand .god help them.
